Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, so you have up to 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information on how to ship your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, lingerie), personalised products (e.g. special orders or customised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Products that do not retain their original packaging and have been opened or do not retain their original seal. Lingerie products cannot be returned, as we strictly adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for a new item.

14-day European Union cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you choose to return your order on your own initiative, within the deadline, only the value of the returned items will be refunded, excluding shipping and pickup fees.
