Shipping Policy
La Loba is committed to processing and shipping all orders efficiently, discreetly, and within the stipulated timeframes, ensuring the satisfaction and privacy of our customers.
1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday. All orders confirmed by 5:00 PM (Mainland Portugal time) will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase:
Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
Spain (Peninsula): 1 to 3 business days
France: 2 to 5 business days
Islands (Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Corsica): 3 to 7 business days
Other European Union countries: 3 to 7 business days
Note: These deadlines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as strikes, weather conditions or periods of high order volume (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of the products, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping: For Portugal and Spain (Mainland), shipping is free on orders over €100.
For all other countries, shipping costs are applied according to the carrier's table and are visible before purchase confirmation.
4. Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged completely discreetly, without any identification of the nature of the products or the La Loba brand. The sender's name on the packaging is neutral, ensuring complete privacy.
5. Tracking and Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer will be sent an email with the tracking code, allowing real-time tracking with the carrier.
6. International Shipping
We ship to all countries in the European Union. If you reside outside the EU and wish to purchase from us, please contact us in advance to assess feasibility and logistical conditions.
7. Impossibility of Delivery
If delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect/incomplete address, the order may be returned to the origin. In these situations, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
