Fold the straps, which are now attached only to the front ring, and pass them through it, from the inside out. Attach the untied extension at the beginning of the left strap to the loops on the strap. Place your hands inside the newly created "cuffs" and let them guide your movements through the strap. You've just turned your belt into a movement restrictor.
