1. Cleanse your nipples to remove body oils and skin residue. Dry your nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the nipple petal caps, one side at a time. Make sure your nipple is in the center of the nipple cap during application. If you're not satisfied with the result, remove and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple shield onto your skin.
Recommendations:
1. Don't use a brush, nails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean your nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild liquid soap.
2. Wash nipple shields by hand and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We recommend not using nipple shields on scars, wounds or sensitive skin.
