The LR44 battery is a non-rechargeable alkaline button cell battery with equivalent silver oxide sizes but a lower voltage, at 1.5 volts, compared to the same-sized silver oxide battery with a voltage of 1.55 V. It is the most widely used alkaline button cell model and is used in the largest number of electronic devices, due to its capacity and size.
