How to use?

Intimichic is very easy to use and insert, the most important thing is to be relaxed and find the most comfortable position for both insertion and extraction.

The steps to follow are;

1. Keep your hands completely clean
2. Sterilize the INTIMICHIC CUP for 3 minutes in boiling water.
3. Apply the INTIMICHIC CLEANER sterilizer and let the cup dry.
4. Apply a little water-based lubricant before the first insertion, this will make insertion easier.
5. It is advisable to find the most comfortable position to facilitate insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and squeeze it to the lowest possible position and insert it obliquely into the vagina towards the bottom, the placement of the vaginal cup is lower than that of the tampon.
7. After insertion into the vagina, release it and let it unfold, it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.

Removal is very simple, pull the bottom sleeve and it automatically removes it carefully to empty the contents.
