What is atrophic vaginitis?

Atrophic vaginitis is a disorder that involves the thinning of the vaginal walls and decreased lubrication, resulting in increased vaginal dryness and inflammation.

It is fundamentally caused by a decrease in estrogen, the main female sex hormone, and is a very common problem in menopausal women (50% of menopausal women suffer from vaginal atrophy), affecting both sexual function and quality of life. Symptoms can persist for years if appropriate measures are not taken.

Solution

The INTIMICHIC silicone dilator allows you to exercise and progressively dilate the vaginal canal. At the same time, through small daily exercises, it helps you overcome your fear of penetration. How is INTIMICHIC DILATOR used?

It's a matter of first applying a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina (approximately the size of a chestnut) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.

Then, take the smallest INTIMICHIC DILATOR element and apply the lubricant equally to the tip in the same proportions.

Then, begin to press down to insert it into the vagina gently and gradually. If you notice dryness, add lubricant.

You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes, making small rocking movements. It's important to keep in mind that vaginal muscle contraction is harmful, so if this occurs, the exercise should be stopped.
