How it works

• Ami isn't just one Kegel exercise, but three at once: a comprehensive system for toning your pelvic floor. We analyzed the best medical and recreational products on the market to create a personalized training program that's much more fun than going to the gym.
• Ami 1 is a simple ball, the largest and lightest of the trio. We recommend starting with this ball if you're new to training, have never done Kegel exercises (contracting your vaginal muscles), or have just had a baby.
• Ami 2 is a double ball, longer and heavier than Ami 1.
• If you started with the Ami 1 and find that you can hold it effortlessly, it's time to move on to the Ami 2. It's also recommended for women with some vaginal tone, who can skip the first ball and go straight to the Ami 2.
• The Ami 3, although the smallest in size, is the heaviest, the last stage of the program for experienced women.
• Beginners should start with Ami 1 and gradually move on to Ami 2 and Ami 3 as the vaginal walls become smoother and firmer. We recommend using Ami 2 to 3 times per week for about 20 minutes to start and gradually increasing the frequency.
