The menstrual cup's mechanism is simple. It's a silicone or latex cup that's inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Unlike tampons and pads, the menstrual cup doesn't absorb the flow, retaining it inside so we can remove it whenever we need.

How to use NINACUP?

• Boil for 3 minutes to sterilize.
• Relax if it's your first time.
• Clean your hands
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Press the cup.
• Bend it into a U shape
• Separate your lips with your other hand and insert the cup as shown in the photo.

How to remove?

• Clean your hands.
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Insert two fingers and pull on the strap, slowly removing it.
• Clean the glass with pH-neutral soap and water (no perfume)
• Ready to use again.
