In these graphs, the intensity of the tests increases as the days go by, starting on day 1 with milder tests until reaching maximum excitement on the last day.

It is important to take some basic rules into account before starting the challenge:

• It is important that before playing, the conditions of each player are discussed, with each player establishing their limits.
• Players must choose a safe word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions performed in each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants maintain a high level of trust with each other.
• There must be a master and submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around your neck.
• It should not be tied tightly.
• It should be touched with a pair of round-tipped scissors within reach if the submarine feels overwhelmed.
• Testing will increase in intensity as the days go by.
